My First Time

Yesterday was also my first time taking over as Part B CSM (Sec 2 First IC) in NCC. It was quite fun although I had to see them suffer which I felt very sad...But I have no choice, because everytime I command them, they keep doing mistakes. That's why I have to hentak kaki them once every 1 minute, which was really very tiring (for them). But I gave them 5-minute breaks every 30 minutes to rest their legs for awhile. I hope that they had learned something at the end of training.
