Sick again :(

Slight fever, headache, sleepy and tired was what I felt today when I went to school. I think that it was caused by me, having been sleeping late all this while because of the preparation of my sis's wedding reception. Yeah...So, my dad fetched me from school around 11.30am. Then, sleep at home. That was when I realised that I wasn't the only one feeling tired and asleep - bcus all of my family members were sleeping. My second sis have a fever while others - headache. Lack of sleeping time I guess. Hahahahaha!!! Have to sleep early today, because I have to reach school tomorrow around 6.20am for NCC Day. ZzZzZzZzZ...

Murni's Wedding Reception

Woke up today around 6.30am. I was still sleepy then. Hahaha...Then, went to shower. After that, went to iron my clothes and got ready for the big event I was talking about - my sis's wedding reception. My dad, mum, murni(the one getting married) and her husband went to Bedok first to have their make-ups and clothes on before going to Mydin Mosque where they are to have their solemnization. So, my third sis, my bro, me and my aunts, uncles, friends and cousins went to take the bus which we hired. We took it at around 8.30am. Since, my second sis and her family couldn't make it in time(getting on the bus) because they woke up late, they decided to take taxi to Mydin Mosque. Then, around 9.15am, we reached Mydin Mosque, and prepared for the solemnization. Unfortunately, the 'tok kadi'(christians call them as 'priests') was late, we had to delay it for awhile. Around 9.45am, we officially started the solemnization. Took photos and more. It ended around 10.30am I guess. Took the bus and went to Bedok where the wedding reception takes place. The weather was very hot and humid I should say...yeah...its hell! Prepared everything there and those invited for this started to come. Majority came around 1-3pm. And yeah, I was everywhere, helping my siblings, friends and cousins with their work. Took a break by going to 7-Eleven and bought 'Slurpee' or just go and take a rest in my grandma's house which was just a stone throw's away. Took photos, had chat with people and get to know more of my brother-in-law's family. Exciting, happy, fun but hot, sweaty and tiring!!! But, its over now. Went home around 7.30pm. So damn tired lah. I've been sleeping late these days. Oh yes, I will try to post all the photos by the end of this week here...SLEEPY, sleepy, sleeeeeeppyyyy.....

Yeah...its true

Hahahahahahaha...I DO watch Family Guy. I just like to watch it. Oh ya, if you noticed that I've been doing tests and quizzes all this while was because I had nothing better to blog about and I'm bored. Hehe. But, I'll return to blog normally after my sister's marriage ceremony. Kk. Bb.

My Animated Show

Take this test!
What's so funny? Well, you are. No matter how serious things get, you'll be there to lighten the load. From sophisticated sarcasm to fart jokes, you could make anyone from Victoria Beckham to Dick Cheney crack a smile. Easygoing and popular, you're content to go with the flow and let the good times roll.

Of course, you can get bummed out just like everyone else, but it won't be long until you find something else to smile about. Who cares where you get your high spirits? The most important thing is that you share 'em.

Me? A doctor?

I was bored, so I did this test...and the test said that I should be a doctor when I grow up, just as what my mum has hoped for since I'm in Sec 1. But, I don't want to think of being a doctor, not even becoming one. LOL.

You Should Be a Doctor

You are practical, sharp, and very intuitive.

Optimistic and energetic, you are a problem solver who doesn't get discouraged easily.

You are also quite compassionate and caring. You make people feel hopeful.

You're highly adaptable and capable. You do well with almost any curve ball life throws at you.

You do best when you:

- Are always learning new subjects

- Use your knowledge to solve problems

You would also be a good therapist or detective.

SS project

Did research and a draft for Geography project. Now, I leave it to my second sister to rephrase and correct my draft. Haha..ssshhhh! This is no cheating...this is called 'helping one another'. Kk, then, I did research on Social Studies project, which I chose Australia as the topic as the assignment asked for a country/organisation to work on Singapore's relationship with it. Soon, I've got tens of thousands of articles on it. HAHAHA...jkjk. So far, I've got 5 articles which I think are useful for the 5 sources which I need to find. But one problem, I need a pictorial source, which I couldn't find. Then, after finding all the 5 sources, I have to set 2 questions - An inference question & a reliability question. ZzZzZz...but at least I understand the assignment after asking so many people...and out of the many ppl that I ask, only Keith & Amanda answered my questions. Wooohooo! Finally, I can start on my SS project. Eh, wait a minute. I only have 1 day to go before school reopens, and I'm only about to start my SS project. OMG! DIE LAH...

Apologize Piano (By Abel)

Yeah, watched Abel played different songs using his piano on Youtube. But, I liked the way he played this song called 'Apologize' by Timbaland feat. One Republic. Watch it!

10 more days to the BIG event...

Woohoo!! My eldest sister's gonna get married soon...real soon! Yeah, its on the 29th July at Bedok. But before that, my third eldest sister's coming back from Perth! (25th July) Weeeheee!! I'm waiting for my presents from there...haha...I ask her for a new wallet...hehe. But again I say, before that, my brother-in-law is arriving from Perth (23rd July). If you are thinking that my brother-in-law is a local or an Aussie...you are wrong. Bcuz...he's an African-Philippino mixed. But...BUT, after all these happy news, its sad news, cuz my newly wed, sister & brother-in-law, and my brother will be going back to Perth (4th July) to live there and study there respectively. Then, my 3rd sister will be going back there too (dunno wad date). Haizzz...well enjoy your life there, my sister, brother & brother-in-law. :)

Life's boring...

ZzZzZz...When my brother and my eldest sister leave Singapore for Perth to study there, I will be alone with my mum and dad at home. NOOO!!! Sure boring one, even if my second eldest sister is living near my home. So what? I cannot just visit her house everyday and play PS2 right? Hmmm...nvm..this is life, I guess..

Singapore 0 - Saudi Arabia 2

Today, went to NUH to visit my grandfather. We were told that he had a heart attack. Now, he was quite ok ah. Not so serious. That was around 7pm. Then, rushed back home to pray and then watched the must-win-match for Singapore against Saudi Arabia. They must win this match by 2 goals at least to have the chance to qualify for the next stage to the World Cup in South Africa. But, it was otherwise. Saudi Arabia scored 2 goals while Singapore, none at all. Haiz...You see. Singapore are good in attack while weak in defending. I saw that they just gave too much space for the Arabians to penetrate through the Lions defence line. And that, the Lions did not man-marked their man properly. That led to the lost, and maybe to all the losses in this World Cup Qualifier. So, maybe they should work on their weakness.

C'mon Singapore!

Feet Cramp!!!

These days, my feet are aching with cramps...argh..I don't know why. Sigh. Hmmm...today, went to 'work' with my family at Loyang. Over there, my mum and dad kept on trying out their new Samsung 3G handphones. LOL. They would be video-call-ing each other. Hahaha...Then, at home, ate pizza from Canadian Pizza and watched Nat Geo's Top 30. Looking forward to the BIG event this coming 29 June, cuz that is when my eldest sister get married.

Still got 16 days to go!

Back to Basics

Yeah! Today, after doing project in school with Hakim & Syafiq, I went home. Then, since I had nothing to do at home, I opened the cupboard in my room and inside it are hundreds of photo albums. So, I looked through at some of it. Its very interesting ah. There got a lot of old photos and some of the latest photos as well. Yes...I love to see photos of me when I am a baby. Hahaha...of course ah! Okay okay...then, went to clear up another cupboard and found the photos of the graduating classes in 2005 of Zhenghua Primary School. I tried to name the students inside the photos and amazingly, I managed to remember some of them! Hehehehe...Yup, after that, I found 2 exercise books which I used during Sec 1. One of them contains poems & stupid jokes while the other is ALO. Those ex-1E3ians out there reading this should know what this 'thing' is all about eh! For those who are non-ex-1E3ians & wanted to know what this book contains, just ask me. I'll bring the book for you the following day. Or you can try to guess what 'ALO' stands for. HAHAHA!!! All of you will be amazed with the answer.

Hint: It has something to do with someone in Dunearn Secondary School.

My Life During The Holidays...

...and they are:

1) Sleep
2) Watch the television
3) Play computer games (eg. Dota)
4) Chat with someone in MSN
5) Watch movies at home
6) Do projects (I hate this)
7) Eat & Drink
8) SMS-ing people
9) Playing my handphone games (eg. Worms Forts 3D)
10) Get scolding from mum cuz I'm always slacking (I hate this too)

These are why I say that life sucks during the holidays. I will have to go through this for less than 3 weeks before school restart. Argh...that's hell of a long time! Woah...die lah...ish!

NCC Spec Course 2008 (Phase 2)

I'd just completed my specialist course for NCC just now. So, I'll be telling about what I'd gone through in this 4 day 3 nite course in SISPEC (School of Infantry Specialist). Its quite fun ah actually, cuz we get to get to know other cadets from other schools...get to know more friends & gain experience. Yeah, in the end, all of us (Dunearn) got 3rd sergeant. No 2nd sergeant. Haha...yeah, well, we didn't prepare for the mutual (having a visual aid) because we weren't assigned a topic & Ee Hong said that visual aid is not compulsory, so we didn't do. But we were wrong...visual aids will help us to earn more marks for the mutuals..and 1 more thing. Our sir didn't give each of us the spec course manual. That's the biggest mistake. Everyone else from other schools have. The food was ok. The bunks was better cuz our bunk has 8 people instead of the max 12 ppl..hahaha..so its peaceful. The mutual & tests were also ok. No problems...It was an enjoyable camp ah.

Spec Course starts tomorrow!

Tomorrow Spec Course & I still haven't packed my bags yet. Sigh. Still so relaxed. Hmmm, but at least I did some reading on the spec course manual eh. I got it from my brother's friend. Everything that I have to know about the mutual thingy can be found in the manual. But of course, I can't fully rely on it alone. I must have confidence and my language have to be fluent when doing the mutual thing. I have 2 tests in this 4 day-3 nite course. The 'days' will be hell while the 'nites' will be heaven. Quite nervous ah...but hopefully I will succeed in getting 2nd sergeant after finishing the course. By the way, I will not be at home from 2-5 June...so anything, please tell me the day after I finished my course. Thx...
