While my Chinese friends are enjoying and celebrating CNY, my family were busy having a family outing. Hahaha! Well, it started off with yesterday, when my family invited my grandmother, my uncles and aunts and my cousins to my house for a BBQ. And oh ya, we had steamboat too! Haha! Although there were only a total of 4 families, it was enough to fill the house with joy & laughter. It all started at around 3pm+. So, we bbq-ed the food, ate and ate and talk and talk. Then, at 4.15pm like that, one of my uncle brought his family to the science center to witness the solar eclipse. Then, another family came. And, we did the same thing. Ate and ate and talk and talk. Then, the cousins went to my room and we spend hours chatting until late at night. Then, sleep.

And this morning, we went to bukit timah hill at 8am. I and some others went for the longer route while my grandmother and the others (mostly senior citizens except for my 14-yr-old cousin..haha) took the shorter route. The longer route was more fun, because its a jungle trail. Haha. And we saw 2 caves which were actually bunks used by the British during the World War 2. Its just 2 very long, dark, straight underground tunnel, and we could actually see the light from the other side of the cave. Haha. Then, we continued our hike up the hill. We reached the summit in about 45 mins I think. Then, we went down, which was way way faster than going up the hill. Haha. Then, rest for awhile.

Next, we headed for west coast park to have sort of like a picnic. Haha yeah. We brought food there, like sandwiches, packed food and even ice-cream. Haha. We played with the so called 'flying fox' there. Even my uncles and aunts played. It was damn funny ah. Haha. And few of us fell to the ground, including my own mum! Hahahaha...then, another family joined us. Then, bla bla bla, I went to mac to eat mcspicy. Hehe. Then, home-d. We thought of going to bowling just now...but some of them were tired already. So next time lah. Haha. And btw, I have another outing this saturday, but its a cousins' reunion. I shall update about that on sat after the outing. That's all for today, people. Gdnite and tc! =D
